Reduced Transit Information Center hours begin May 3
Due to budget constraints, Metro Transit will temporarily reduce the hours of operation for its Transit Information Center.
Beginning May 3, representatives will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
Note: Hours for Customer Relations and Lost & Found were reduced in March. Current hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Regular operating hours for both phone centers will be restored when budget issues have been addressed. Check back for updates.
