Take transit and see a Guthrie show for less in May.
Transit customers can get $15 tickets to see Gem of the Ocean on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Guthrie Theater in downtown Minneapolis.
To get the deal, customers must show a valid transit pass, bus transfer or rail ticket for that day at the Guthrie Theater Box Office. You also can call the Guthrie Box Office at 612-377-2224 and mention code “AG.” The offer is good May 6, 7, 13 and 14.
About the show
The Guthrie presents the Penumbra Theatre’s production of Gem of the Ocean, the ninth work in August Wilson’s decade-by-decade cycle of dramas chronicling the African-American experience during the 20th century. The production runs through May 18.
