If you’re a people person, become part of the official presence on buses and trains and at stations and stops as a full-time Transit Rider Investment Program (TRIP) Agent. In this position, you will:

  • Welcome customers aboard
  • Provide transit information
  • Ensure all customers have valid fares
  • Perform first aid and contact emergency responders when needed

Plus, you’ll start at $28.55/hour and get great employee benefits, like medical and dental insurance, a pension, and paid time off. After your third year, you could make almost $36/hour. 

A high school diploma or GED is required. You should also have at least two years of experience in customer service or providing information and assistance directly with the public.

Knowledge of the metro and basic computer skills are a plus.
