Other ways to report issues
- In an emergency: Call or text 911 right away. Emergency call buttons at rail and bus rapid transit stations and on light rail vehicles can also be used to reach emergency dispatchers.
- Non-emergency issues: Issues like broken glass, ticket machines, or signage should be reported to Customer Relations. Call 612-373-3333, email [email protected], or complete a webform.
- Sexual harassment: If you experience or witness an unwanted interaction of a sexual nature, including comments, gestures, and touching, you can submit an anonymous report using this webform.
