How to ride Metro micro
Metro micro is transit with a twist – you book a ride from wherever you are in the service area and we'll come to you!
Metro micro is a shared ride service. Each trip may be shared with others, and other customers may be picked up or dropped off during your trip.
Metro micro will drop you off anywhere within the service area. Going to a friend's house? Okay! Need to get dropped off at a METRO station or bus stop? We'll do that!
Metro micro uses ADA-accessible minibuses, so we can travel on city and neighborhood streets, providing fast, safe, and convenient service with minimal wait times.
Transfers between Metro micro, local bus, and METRO lines are free. Transfers are valid for 2 1/2 hours. You can pay with cash, a Go-To Card (including TAP card, Metropass, College Pass, Universal Pass, Residential Pass, or Student Pass) or with the Metro Transit app.

Metro micro serves a zone bounded by 34th Ave. N., I-94 and Mississippi River, Dunwoody Blvd. and I-394, and Xerxes Ave N.

Getting started is easy
Just download the Metro micro app for your smartphone and set up an account or call 651-602-1170 to book a ride. Your Metro micro ride must start and end in the service area. You pick your starting point – we can pick you up at your house. You also pick your destination – we can drop you off at bus stop, light rail station, or anywhere you request in the service area.

Weekdays: 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Weekends: 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
