All-Day Pass: Taking the train to a game or event?

Make it easy to get there and back. Buy an All-Day Pass for an easy return trip.

For one low price, you get unlimited rides on local buses or METRO lines from the time of purchase through 2 a.m. the next day. It's enough time to take in a game, a concert or another event. Even if there's an extra encore or overtime, you're covered! When you're ready to go home, there's no need to wait in line to buy a return ticket – just hop on!

Remember to keep your pass with you: you'll need to put it in the farebox on any bus you ride or show it to Transit Police officers on METRO lines as proof of payment if asked.

To get your All-Day Pass for the train, press Key G on the ticket machine at the METRO station before you insert your credit card or cash. If you're getting on in within either Downtown Zone for downtown events, buy a Downtown Zone All-Day Pass. It's just $1 for your roundtrip.

You can also purchase an All-Day Pass through the Metro Transit app right on your phone! Just like the other All-Day Pass, the All-Day Pass on the app is valid from time of activation through 2 a.m. the next day. Simply show the activated pass to your driver or Transit Police officer as proof of payment.
