Go-To Card Expiration Dates

Go-To Cards have expiration dates that were designed to keep you moving for 10 years. After that time, the computer chip inside it will stop working.

No worries though. Replacing your card is simple and free. You can order one online or pick one up at any Metro Transit Service Center.

You can continue using your existing Go-To Card until it expires or play it safe and transfer its current value to a new card at any Metro Transit Service Center or call Customer Relations at 612-373-3333.

Before you start using your new card, don’t forget to register it against loss or theft. Registration is free and only takes a few seconds at metrotransit.org/register or 612-373-3333. You’ll be glad you did!
