Small Kindnesses, Weather Permitting

View public art at all METRO Blue Line stations.

Janet Zweig’s “Small Kindnesses, Weather Permitting” commission includes interactive artwork for 11 stations of the light rail. There are three or four small kiosks at each of the stations, 35 kiosks in all. The commission includes several interactive LCD screens at select stations. The user-activated screens feature audio and video shorts by Minnesota filmmakers, singers and storytellers. The remaining kiosks include a revolving snow-globe, a pinball game, a doorbell and more.
